Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect orders, or any reason other than receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at gbox41409@gmail.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product so we can evaluate your claim.
Items sent back to us without first contacting us and receiving authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Refunds are not permitted except for products that are confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect the evidence provided, we will notify you whether your claim has been approved. If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including the right to cancel your order within 14 days where required by law. These statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
One note: if you sell to customers in the European Union, United Kingdom, or other regions with mandatory consumer protection laws, you generally cannot override certain legal rights (such as cooling-off periods for many online purchases). It's a good idea to ensure your policy complies with the laws in the countries where you sell.
